EVELYN, SITE COORDINATOR

SCHOOL: PS 241

YEARS AT TBC: 1

My name is Evy. I’m from San Diego, California. I’ve been working in education since 2009 and I’m passionate about the power outreach and education has to change lives and inspire people. I recently earned my M.A.  in Environmental Education from NYU and I studied Environmental Studies with a concentration in Oceans and People at the University of Southern California. I love traveling and meeting new people (and animals!) while exploring beautiful places all over the world. Brooklyn has captured my heart and while I’m here I can usually be found accidentally napping in the park, eating vegan pastries, whizzing by on my bike or writing and reading in a cozy coffee shop.

So much that I also volunteer as a Girl Scouts Daisy Troop Leader every Saturday.
